Shocking!! Why Cristiano Ronaldo And His Family May Never Return To Saudi Arabia

Cristiano Ronaldo and his family departed Saudi Arabia aboard their private jet earlier this month, around the time tensions in the Middle East escalated into conflict.

Reports indicate that Ronaldo’s family remains uncertain about when they will return to Saudi Arabia after temporarily relocating to Spain.

The Al-Nassr forward, along with his fiancée Georgina Rodriguez and their five children, left the country on March 3. Since then, they have been residing in their luxury home in Madrid, located in the prestigious La Finca district.

The timing of their departure coincided with the children’s spring school holidays, which were reportedly brought forward due to the instability caused by the ongoing conflict in the region. According to Spanish publication Vanitatis, Ronaldo and Rodriguez made the decision in an effort to preserve a sense of routine and emotional stability for their children during a period of uncertainty.

Although the report suggests that Ronaldo did not believe his family was in immediate danger, it also notes that he felt a degree of discomfort about the situation and ultimately prioritized their safety and well-being by leaving the country.

Sources close to Rodriguez, who is originally from Madrid, reportedly told the outlet that she is unsure when the family will return to Saudi Arabia. At present, no specific date has been set for their return to Riyadh, and the timing does not appear to be tied to the school calendar.

However, alternative reports have emerged offering a different perspective on Ronaldo’s departure. Some suggest that his trip to Spain may be less related to geopolitical tensions and more connected to his physical condition, as he continues to recover from a recent injury.

The 41-year-old forward sustained a hamstring issue during Al-Nassr’s match against Al-Fayha in late February. Officially, his visit to Spain has been described as a move to focus on recovery, where he is undergoing specialized rehabilitation under the supervision of a personal physiotherapist.

Al-Nassr’s head coach Jorge Jesus addressed the situation, stating: “Cristiano’s injury is more serious than we first thought. He will travel to Spain to receive treatment with a personal therapist, as many players do. We hope he returns soon and can help the team.”

The timing of Ronaldo’s injury is particularly significant, with the 2026 FIFA World Cup approaching. The tournament is widely expected to be his final appearance on the global stage representing Portugal, and many anticipate that he could bring his illustrious career to a close afterward.

Meanwhile, his rehabilitation period in Madrid aligns with Rodriguez’s professional commitments, including appearances at Madrid Fashion Week.

Although Ronaldo is expected to rejoin Al-Nassr once he regains full fitness, it remains unclear whether Rodriguez and their children will accompany him back to Saudi Arabia after her engagements conclude.
