The Maliyamungu Of Our Time: AIGP Christopher Ddamulira The Face Behind JAT

The head of Crime Intelligence AIGP Christopher Ddamulira has become the talk of the internet for commanding a very lethal force dubbed the Joint-Anti Terrorism Task Force known by the synonym JAT.

This force has earned itself prominence for replicating terror that was last seen in the times of Brig. Elly Kayanja’s Wembley or Kale Kayihura’s Flying Squad.

The JAT is apparently involved in the Kawempe North byelection and has served the opposition and media fraternity lethal force that has left several people nursing life threatening injuries.

Disowned severally by the UPDF as per the remarks of the spokesperson Felix Kulayigye and lately state minister David Bahati inside parliament during Tuesday plenary, the JAT is now enjoying full immunity from its commander Ddamulira.

Their appetite for blood and murder has left several analysts wondering what they would do in the 2026 polls if they are not tamed now.

Meanwhile, A supporter of NUP who wore superman attire yesterday was brutally arrested by JAT and detained at Wandegeya police station.

While inside Wandegeya cells, the NUP supporter was subjected to torture by policemen at Wandegeya who mocked him and asked him to jump like superman. He was forced to drink urine of some yet to be named policeman who even spit at his face as he ranted and cursed that ‘NUP can never lead Uganda.’

The NUP supporter is currently at Kanyanya court alongside other some other party members who were brutalized by JAT.
