David, 29, once represented the face of Uganda’s unemployment crisis. After earning a degree in Resource Management from a university in the Central Region, he, like many graduates, struggled to find a job despite his qualifications. Today, however, he stands as the CEO of a marketing company he co-founded with a former classmate.
