A Bloomberg News/Morning Consult survey on January 31 demonstrated Trump’s lead in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Even when third-party candidates like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. were considered, Trump maintained his lead.

Hur’s report, released months after Trump’s interview, highlighted Biden’s deteriorating mental state but concluded that prosecuting him for a serious felony would be challenging given his age and mental condition. Despite these challenges, Trump maintains skepticism about Biden’s viability as a nominee.
