Besides his academic pursuits, Nyanzi Fred plays a notable role in Uganda’s political sphere, serving as the Head of Mobilization for the National Unity Platform (NUP).In a Facebook post, Nyanzi shared that the heavy rainfall earlier in the day symbolized blessings on his graduation. Previously serving as chairman LC 1 and LC 2 of Kamwokya division, his exceptional leadership earned him the nickname “Chairman Wattu.”He is the brother of Eddy Yawe, another musician in Uganda’s industry, and Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, alias Bobi Wine, the Member of Parliament for Kyadondo East.Nyanzi Fred is also an aspiring Member of Parliament for Kampala Central under the National Unity Platform banner.
